I really like how this bag looks and I was excited when I got the order confirmation email. It’s cute and still totally usable, but the corners started scuffing after just a few weeks. I even checked my receipt to see how long I’d had it because it felt a bit soon. Not a dealbreaker, but I do wish it held up a little better

I ordered the gray one and somehow a pink one showed up instead. Not really sure how that happened, and I was already annoyed because I needed it soon. I reached out to support thinking it would be an easy fix, but they didn’t really sort it out. So now I’m just stuck with the wrong item, which is frustrating.

I’d say the pictures were spot on. Compared to some listings where the photos make everything look way better than it really is, this one matched what I expected

The box showed up looking beat up, which was a little frustrating. Thankfully the item itself was fine, and I’m too tired of dealing with customer service stuff to make a big thing out of it.

I really like the way this bag looks, and it feels well made. That said, I have mixed feelings because it’s heavier than I was hoping for, especially when I’m carrying it around for a while. Still a nice bag overall, just not as lightweight as I expected

I was really looking forward to this bag. Opened the box and just kind of paused. The color looked so different from what I thought I was getting. Not terrible, maybe, but definitely way off from the pictures. Disappointed.

I’m still waiting on my refund, it’s taking way too long. Reading between the lines, it feels like this isn’t being treated with much urgency, which is frustrating

I had a decent experience with Haute Shore overall. The bag I got is really cute and has that fun everyday vibe, like it’s ready to make even a basic errand run feel slightly more dramatic.
That said, the shipping felt like it took its grand sweet time, and the price was a little higher than I expected for what it is. I don’t regret buying it, but I also wasn’t completely swept off my feet...

I had a small issue with my order, but they got it sorted out in maybe a day or so. Quick and easy overall.

The site was easy to browse, and I did see a few bags that were cute, but honestly, wait, some of the colors really jumped out at me in a lot going on kind of way. The patterns just felt a bit too loud for my taste. I think I’d like it more if the overall style was simpler and not so all over the place.

I ordered from Haute Shore and, umm, the checkout was really smooth. Apple Pay worked right away, there weren’t any weird extra steps, and the confirmation email came through fast. No issues at all

I’ve been using these bags for the gym, quick errands, and even travel, and they work well for all of that. They’re versatile, really versatile. A few of the styles are a little too trendy for my taste, but overall they’re useful enough that I still reach for them

I’ve really been liking my Haute Shore bag, mainly because it actually helps me stay organized. There’s a spot for my keys, wallet, lip balm, and all the little random things that usually disappear at the bottom of my bag. To be fair, I’m someone who needs pockets or I’ll lose everything, so this bag works really well for me. It’s cute too, but the organization is the best part

I ordered a bag from Haute Shore because it looked really cute online, but when it showed up, it just wasn’t exactly what I thought I was getting. The colors looked a little different in person, and the bag felt smaller than I expected from the description, so that was kind of disappointing.

The quality seems okay, like it’s not bad or anything, but I wish the details on the site had been clearer. I probably would’ve chosen a different style if I’d known, or maybe I just missed something, but still...

I tried to exchange an item it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. They kept saying things like “we’ll take care of it” or “someone will follow up,” but nothing was clear and it felt like a bunch of vague promises. Emails took forever, the instructions were confusing, and I felt like I was just being passed around in circles. By the time it finally got sorted out, I didn’t even care about getting the replacement anymore. Really not a smooth experience

I thought it would show up sooner, so I was a little confused when it took longer than expected?? It did finally arrive though, so in the end it was okay.

I got the bag it does look really cute in person. The stitching seems fine and nothing is falling apart, but the material feels a little thinner than I was expecting, especially for the price. I reached out to support just to ask about it, and they basically said the material is meant to be lightweight and that “it should still hold up well with normal use.” So yeah, not a bad purchase, but I wouldn’t say I’m super impressed either.

Just a warning for anyone looking at this Haute Shore tote as an everyday work bag: it’s cute in person, but it definitely felt smaller than I expected from the photos. I bought it thinking I could use it daily, but once I added my laptop, water bottle, and wallet, there really wasn’t much room left.
For the price, I thought it would be more spacious. It’s not a bad bag, and the style is nice, but if you need something roomy for work or carrying more than the basics, I’d be careful before ordering.

I bought this as a birthday gift, but once it showed up, I didn’t feel great about giving it. It looked way more casual than I was expecting, and the packaging was plain, so it didn’t really feel special at all. Maybe it’s fine if you’re just getting it for yourself, but as a gift it was disappointing. I ended up having to run around last minute to find something else, which was really annoying and more effort than I wanted to deal with.

I tried using the site on my phone, but the pages kept loading strangely and the filters weren’t working the way they should. I don’t think I’m being picky here, I gave it a few minutes and tried to make it work, but it was more annoying than it was worth, so I just gave up.
